Captain Z = Captain James Graham Ogilvie, D Squadron 2IC killed during the withdrawal across the Rhine, buried at Rhenen General Cemetery, Plot 27, Row C, Grave 12.

Lieutenant X = Lieutenant Kenneth Fairley Strathern, D Squadron, Intelligence officer killed during Operation Rhine Crossing on 24-03-1945, buried at Reichswald Forest War Cemetery, Plot 41, Row B, Grave 3 (was awarded US Bronze Star for his actions at Oosterbeek).


Dodd = Staff Sergeant William Dodd, D Squadron 22 Flight, who flew in with Chalk 954 also crew belonging to 4th Parachute Brigade Headquarters, he was killed area Oranjeweg, Oosterbeek on 19-09-1944, buried as unknown, identified in 1945, Arnhem - Oosterbeek War Cemetery, Plot 22, Row A, Grave 16. 


Officer wounded and killed which he found in the undergrowth = Lieutenant Sidney Robertson Smith, D Squadron Section Commander 22 Flight he was killed on 20-09-1944 area Dreijenseweg, at Oosterbeek, buried Arnhem - Oosterbeek War Cemetery, Plot 30, Row C, Grave 4. 


Lieutenant W = Possible Lieutenant Peter Warburton Wood, C Squadron flew in on the 19th, Chalk 131, Polish Brigade, escaped back across the Rhine.


Vic Wade = Sergeant Victor Harold Wade, D Squadron, 22 Flight, flew in with Chalk 965, escaped back across the Rhine.


Jimmy Plant = Sergeant James E Plant, D Squadron, 22 Flight, flew in with Chalk 968, escaped back across the Rhine.


Graham = Sergeant Stanley Gordon Graham, D Squadron, 21 Flight, flew in with Chalk 404, escaped back across the Rhine.


Sergeant Major = Squadron Sergeant Major William E. Oliver, D Squadron, escaped back across the Rhine.

Cooper = Staff Sergeant George Arthur Haddon Cooper, D Squadron, 13 Flight, wounded, but escaped back across the Rhine.
